-Advanced level of French and English
-Availability to work on a flexible schedule, on rotating shifts, offering 24/7 support
-Post-secondary degree/education in a PR or Marketing role
-A strong understanding of social media platforms, activities, and best practices
-Strong competency with the Google and Microsoft Office suite of productivity applications
-Strong research, writing, editing and proofreading skills
-Familiarity with a customer service environment
-A positive, collaborative, and friendly attitude
-Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision in a fast-paced and often changing environment
-Ability to multi-task and rapidly shift priorities in a quickly changing environment
-Aptitude for recognizing and creating sales leads, competitive differentiation and brand ambassadorship opportunities, and customer satisfaction
Based on interactions and identified opportunities throughout social media, you will lead, develop, and execute communications plans intended to provide value added content to our customers. Using the distinctly TELUS social media voice and informed by operational needs, your content will help customers get the most from TELUS products and solutions while helping operations through contact avoidance.
