    We are looking for a bright junior recruiter who has a strong interest in developing a career in recruitment&HR.
    The Assessment Solutions division of Brainspotting is involved in non-it recruitment for entry-level, professional and middle management positions. We also provide assessment center and testing solutions for our clients.

    Requirements:

    Strong interest for recruitment field/organisational psychology/testing/assessment
    Fluency in English
    Educational background in Psychology
    Previous experience in recruitment related projects is preferred (including roles in NGOs, internships)

    Excellent client facing skills, proactive
    Willing to learn
    Multitasking
    Able to adapt to a fast passed environment
    Can-do attitude

    Responsabilitati

    RESPRESEARCH / HEAD-HUNTING
    Targets and initiates contact to work-seekers not in our database
    Implements search strategies to fill active job postings and searches.
    Corresponds with unsuccessful job applicants to notify them of their application status, when possible.
    Maintains applicant-tracking systems and directs activities of applicants based on target profiles and job order criteria.

    INTERVIEWING
    Schedules and conducts various types of interviews
    Prepares weekly/monthly reports
    Participation to various recruitment events
    Provides support in design of assessment center
    Facilitates assessment centers with the support of the senior recruiter

    REPORTING
    Prepares weekly/monthly reports for external clients
