    Requirements

    • University degree
    • English good knowledge
    • Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Access)
    • Previous experience in a similar role would be a plus
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • Team player and ability to work under pressure

    Responsibilities

    • Target Tool Application development, deployment and training for the stakeholders. Maintenance of the application after implementation.
    • Daily Sales in Reporting: process and import sell in data
    • Sales out and stock data import: gathering the sellout data received daily and monthly and process it in a standardized format, in order to be easily accessible for the sales Department.
    • Sales force automation tool: available for HO and Field Force for any issues/inquiry related to use of the application, mapping agents routes, service hardware, updating the information, generating questionnaires and surveys according to the business needs, and extracting, processing the data from Hermes application in order to build necessary reports
    • Daily maintenance: mapping new stores and users/agents, introducing new SKUs or updating data according to logistic changes, the hierarchies for categories, brands and variants for the whole portfolio, for USCE countries
    • Updating monthly Price Survey report – offers price analyses at SKUs, store, customer, channel levels for both Unilever and competition.
    • Any ad-hoc job requirement from the direct line manager
