    Requirements

    BA Degree desirable
    Ca. 1-2 years’ experience in sales & customer service role
    Role suitable for Graduates
    Business data analysis and account reconciliation experience with attention to details
    Experience in Customer Service Team environment, that solely focuses on investigating and analyzing data to resolve issues
    Ability to effectively handle and manage a high degree of multiple tasks
    Excellent Excel and other MS Office programs knowledge
    Fluent Romanian with fluent English

    Responsibilities

    Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls regarding customer enquiries and complaints
    Follow-up of customer queries & service requests. Liaise efficiently with Asset Management and Customer Service teams.
    Ensure the investigation and resolution of customer enquires with minimal delay
    React positively to problems identified and undertake root-cause analysis and preventive action to ensure customer satisfaction is maximized
    Maintain regular contact with field teams and provide analytical data and support on specific account queries
    Manage data from various sources of CHEP software systems (SAP, BW, Siebel) to resolve credit equipment balances or issues on customer accounts to improve revenue
    Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products i.e. Portfolio in order to improve customer satisfaction
    Processing of corrections of flows as requested by Asset Management Field Service Teams
    Provide biannual calculations regarding the Payments to distributors regarding Responsibility Transfer Agreement
