    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    ‒ Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Administration or Business
    ‒ 1 year of experience in analytical / finance or HR administration
    ‒ Excellent Excel skills
    ‒ Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage
    ‒ Rigorous, diligent and customer oriented
    ‒ English – fluent
    ‒ German – medium
    ‒ Rigorous with an analytical mind set
    ‒ Customer service oriented
    ‒ Attention to details and accuracy in delivering reports
    ‒ Logical thinking and IT system minded
    ‒ Ability to work autonomously
    ‒ Able to challenge customers’ demands if not aligned with guidelines
    ‒ Team spirit, with a team based in three different locations
    ‒ Enjoy working in an international environment

    Responsibilities

    ‒ Maintain the company HR and administrative policies
    ‒ Responsible for maintaining the SAP HR system: master data updates of organisational management, personnel administration, LSO, compensation and benefits, as well as reporting and auditing
    ‒ Time and attendance administration
    ‒ E-recruitment administration and organisational chart updates
    ‒ Work in a multinational team to harmonize and create effective HR processes
    ‒ Collaborate with the European Team
    ‒ Receive input and answer questions from HR Business Partners
    ‒ Provide reports on HR data to various departments: extract data, organize the output in an analytical, rigorous and logical way
    ‒ Maintain a true interest in developing a profound knowledge of the SAP HR tools to be able to understand the role of data fields and SAP modules interconnectedness
