Front desk:
-
keeping track of the visitors (Visitors’ Register)
-
ensuring appropriate protocol for different meetings
-
managing office-romania@rb.com email address; fax; phone calls
-
keeping track of the voice mails messages (Voice Mails Register)
-
receiving, sorting, sending and distributing the correspondence
-
maintaining the relationship with the courier service (internal and external) and solving all the issues regarding it
-
keeping the evidence of the documents that are transmitted inside and outside the company using specific registers (Input/ Output)
-
keeping the evidence of the meeting within the company
-
ordering office supplies and protocol products
Finance:
-
creating purchase orders for Admin Costs, doing the GR
-
registering all employees’ expense reports
Travel arrangements:
-
ticketing, accommodation, taxi reservation
-
preparing delegations for all merchandisers& hostesses and solving all issues regarding it
HR:
-
offers support to HR team with communication, translation of documents, administrative tasks.
Requirements:
-
1-3 years of experience in similar roles
-
bachelor’s degree
-
conversational English
-
good communication skills
-
good organization and prioritizing skills
-
solution oriented attitude
The contract will be on 1 year determined period, with possibility of extension.
