You should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of server-client architectures
• Experience in database development using MSSQL
• Experience in development of web application using ASP.NET
• Knowledge of standard software engineering and quality assurance practices.
• Very good problem solving skills
• Very good troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Visual Basic is considered a plus, but it is not mandatory

Mission
• Analyzing, designing and developing in-house applications for internal usage; including web
applications, multi-layered applications and stand-alone applications;
• Ensure clear and structured programming, keeping performance, maintenance and compatibility
requirements in mind
• Suggest improvements whenever necessary by designing and implementing new systems
• Offer support for the features and tools designed for production
• Document the work to transfer knowledge and enable users (other programmers and team
members) to understand how to use the new systems and features
• Collaborating with all departments of the company and providing software solutions to new business
requests;
• Analyze current system functionality
• Analyze and increase quality of code.
