    Requirements

    • Knowledge in Human Resources;
    • Previous experience of working as Office manager or any position related to management;
    • Fluency in spoken and written English;
    • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    • Flexible and adaptable.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that all suppliers are paid in a timely manner and within agreed payment periods.
    • Working together with the IT department in setting up the infrastructure for new employees in the workspace.
    • Organizing medical exams for new staff.
    • Organizing periodic medical exams for current staff.
    • Working together with the external supplier on reviewing and updating the Company’s Health and Safety at Work policy.
    • Liaising with the external supplier to ensure that the working environment is legally compliant with Health and Safety at Work and Fire Safety legislation.
