    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s degree in economic or technical studies (Cybernetics or Economic Informatics would be a plus);

    - At least 3 years in payroll processing and responsibilities in compensation and benefit area;

    - Very good knowledge of remuneration including related legislation;

    - Advanced MS Office (Word, Power Point, perfect Excel –database function, macros, creation calculators);

    - Fluency in English both written and spoken is must;

    - Knowledge of SQL, Charisma HCM software and HAY job evaluation methodology is an advantage;

    - Analytical thinking, attention to details, proactive in learning new things;

    - High level of positive energy.

    Responsibilities

    - Coordinating the salaries calculation and HR database maintenance in Charisma HCM module;

    - Responsible for preparing regular and ad-hoc reports in area of personal cost, remuneration, and performance management;

    - Responsible for consistency and data archiving according legal requests;

    - Prepare analysis to support making decisions in changing the reward systems;

    - Communicate and supports line managers (HQ and branches) related to reward and correct practice of usage reward systems;

    - Participate in creation and implementation reward systems (Job description evaluation, reward structure, incentives and benefits system, recognition, etc.);

    - Participate in budgeting (Personal costs & HC plan) process on local level and Group consolidation, monitoring deviations, analysis its causes and suggest recommendation to avoid them;

    - Calculation of entitlements for meal vouchers and their subsequent order from the vendor;

    - Cooperate with Finance and Legal units in area planning, labor law, audits;

    - Cooperate during implementation new processes and tools;

    - Cooperation in other activities of HR department.
