Technical Project Manager

- Strong communication and logical-thinking for engaging with the project stakeholders to understand business needs and identify appropriate solutions;

- Experience in problem solving and resolving conflict with the ability to manage relationships and expectations, through negotiation and partnering;

- Effective and excellent presentation skills;

- Excellent speaking and writing English skills;

- Strong IT skills and knowledge are essential. Web development experience across HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as Application programming experience;

- 2-3 years experience in project management and in using specific methodologies (processes, best practices, tools, and templates);

- Knowledge of MS Project to manage projects. JIRA and Confluence experience will be seen as an asset;

- Online gaming experience or working in the betting industry would be very desirable.

- Identifying project stakeholders amongst business and technical teams across organization;

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, collect and manage requirements, perform analysis and translate requirements them into functional specifications;

- Define project plan and manage project execution;

- Work with QA team on elaborating relevant testing plans and validating deliverables;

- Coordinate deployments on production environment;

- Understand dependencies, evaluate and manage risks and communicate status to management and project stakeholders;

- Identifying key areas of the current products which commercially justify further enhancement or development.
