    The Berg Computers story began in 1991 when the company opened its doors.     - Experienta intr-un post similar de minim 2 ani
    - Studii medii sau superioare
    - Cunostinte de MS Office ( WORD, EXCEL)
    - Cunostinte de limba engleza.
    - Bune abilitati de comunicare;
    - Persoana organizata, riguroasa, punctuala, capabila sa prioritizeze sarcinile si sa respecte termenele-limita;
    - Spirit de echipa,atitudine pozitiva;
    - Sa fie proactiva in gasirea de solutii si rezolvarea problemelor;

    Responsabilitati

    - Asigura receptionarea / transmiterea corespondentei (telefon, e-mail, fax, curier)
    - Participa la sedintele de management si pregateste protocolul corespunzator;
    - Coordonează aranjamentele pentru o varietate de şedinţe, strânge materialele adecvate, pentru a asigura buna desfăşurare a acestor întâlniri;
    - Intocmeste diverse adrese/rapoarte;
    - Comunica cu celelalte departamente din cadrul companiei, in concordanta cu procedurile interne;
    - Pastreaza confidentialitatea tuturor informatiilor si activitatilor;
    - Inregistreaza documentele care intra-ies in mapa de corespondenta si le distribuie la departamente
    - Indeplineste activitati zilnice de secretariat;
