    For our Timisoara site we are hiring HRIS Specialist who will be in charge with the support actions and maintenance of the de Human Resources system, will secure link between the IT function and the beneficiaries from the Human Resources departments.

    Specifically, you will be responsible with:

    • HRIS system maintenance and support activity; First level of support for HR departments on system problems;
    • Detection of system problems, analyzing and solving them;
    • Create and maintain organizational structures in WORKDAY; Maintaining the system attributes and values;
    • Information audit within the region or segment assigned, in order to ensure accuracy of data and processes;
    • Transmission of the potential problems identified in the audits to HR functions;
    • Correction and/or cancellation of non-compliant processes identified from the analysis; Processing mass data transactions;
    • Processing and maintaining the information related to Flextronics employees in the assigned region;
    • Assign safety roles and audits regarding user’s security;
    • Creating new reports and updating existing ones in order to meet the end-user’s demands;
    • Testing new versions of WORKDAY; Provides training on processes and form of the assigned HR departments;
    • Collaborate with HR departments, Business Analyst and WORKDAY system supplier to resolve arose problems;
    • Solving received requests in Service Now, regarding data update in WORKDAY meeting the Service Level Agreement.

    Your needed skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in economic or HR field;
    • Experience in HR field is an advantage;
    • Working experience with Human Resources Informatics Systems;
    • Payroll, HRIS and HR procedures knowledge.
    • Advanced English language skills (write, read and speak);
    • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflow;
    • Proactive, self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement;
    • Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management skills;
    • Strong communication skills in verbal and written form;
    • Very good organizational skills; ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
