We are looking for a junior professional fluent in English, with great MS Office and administrative skills.
• Facilitates and ensures the most effective communication with external partners of the company.
• Performs secretarial activities, such as receiving and screening telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and furnishing information, scheduling appointments and making arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel, if necessary and maintaining appointment calendars.
• Produces a variety of correspondence, reports and presentations using the appropriate software for word processing, graphics and spreadsheets.
• Organizes and maintains office files and records in accordance with the internal procedures.
• Performs clerical, administrative and general office duties involving transcription, typing, record and file maintenance, mail distribution and telephone reception, in the most cost efficient and effective way.
• Assists on certain financial administration tasks, based on office needs and in close cooperation with the Office Financial Controller.
• Works with her/his superiors in order to ensure continuous skills improvement and develops own professional expertise through pursuing and making the most of “on the job training” opportunities.
