    Experience Required

    Experience with administrative tasks
    Bachelor or Degree, preferable in Economics or related area
    Good level of English, high level of German is a plus
    Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail
    Flexible and proactive attitude, with good team working skills and able to work autonomously on assigned tasks
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
    Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends

    Responsabilitati

    You will be part of HR services team based in our center in Bucharest, Romania. One or more of the following tasks will be performed by you:

    Processes personnel forms, records statistics and handles highly confidential material
    Prepares and inputs monthly payroll data into the payroll system/database in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations and to pre-defined timescales
    Responsible for timely execution of the payroll• Processing and monitoring all staffing changes including starters, secondments, transfers, leavers and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements
    Assists in the processing, collection and remittance of special payments including wage withholding, garnishments, leave of absences
    Compiles payroll data and statistics for the calculation of payroll and to perform analysis
    Responds to complex payroll inquiries
    Completes, maintains, and distributes reoccurring departmental reports
    Preparation and quality check of output documents to the client or third parties
    Management of third party provider
