    Specifically, you will:

    • Your role will be to manage order processing process;
    • In your position you  will manage system setup of Customer Purchase Order and Sales Order;
    • You will manage order process with Operations Team and you will confirm purchase orders to customers;
    • Your responsabilities will be to communicate Sales Order status to Business Development;
    • In your role you will build and manage communication and relation between Supplier, Warehouse Team and Customer;
    • Your actions will solve any delivery re-schedule and order cancellation;
    • Monitor backlog report;
    • Support customer request in a timely manner;
    • You will manage shipment process to customers,
    • You will follow up on time delivery to customer;

    Your needed skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in economics or technical field;
    • English – advanced;
    • PC Knowledge: MS Office;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and client oriented;
    • Able to work independently and under pressure;
    • Responsible and very organized;
    • Analytical and numerical skills;

    It would be nice to have:

    • Experience in material planning, customer service or Operational Buyer;
    • Good Knowledge in Baan MRP;
    • Good Knowledge in Supply Chain.
