Specifically, you will:
- Your role will be to manage order processing process;
- In your position you will manage system setup of Customer Purchase Order and Sales Order;
- You will manage order process with Operations Team and you will confirm purchase orders to customers;
- Your responsabilities will be to communicate Sales Order status to Business Development;
- In your role you will build and manage communication and relation between Supplier, Warehouse Team and Customer;
- Your actions will solve any delivery re-schedule and order cancellation;
- Monitor backlog report;
- Support customer request in a timely manner;
- You will manage shipment process to customers,
- You will follow up on time delivery to customer;
Your needed skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or technical field;
- English – advanced;
- PC Knowledge: MS Office;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and client oriented;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Responsible and very organized;
- Analytical and numerical skills;
It would be nice to have:
- Experience in material planning, customer service or Operational Buyer;
- Good Knowledge in Baan MRP;
- Good Knowledge in Supply Chain.
