    Requirements

    Required
    • University degree;
    • Previous working experience minimum 3 years in FMCG: trade marketing/ marketing/ category management/ product management;
    • PC knowledge – Outlook, Internet, MS Office advanced level;
    • English – advanced level;
    • Able to travel inside and outside the country (app 30% of the time)
    • Business oriented and focused on achieving results;
    • Pragmatic, hands-on approach, fast learner, able to evaluate the needs of the field (sales force, seize market opportunities) and translate them into specific marketing/ trade marketing programs;
    • Very good organization & prioritization skills;
    • Used to interpreting data and bringing added value insights;
    • Good interpersonal skills / Communication skills;
    • Team spirit, positive attitude, constructive, ready to listen the others’ opinions and to cooperate for finding the best solution for the business;
    • Autonomous.

    Responsibilities

    • In-depth understanding of the market, competition and their strategies;
    • In-depth understanding of the distribution channel’s particularities;
    • In-depth understanding of the Stationers’ & Office Suppliers particularities;
    • Constant awareness and update on the information about the designated categories, products and marketing plans;
    • Regular store check-ups for updated information on the market, clients, competition, promotions, price strategies, promotional materials;
    • Constant follow-up on the competition;
    • Interaction and follow-up with the Authorities and Institutions;
    • Building marketing plans for the product category in charge in Stationers & Office Suppliers, considering the group’s priorities, local priorities and the market trends. The marketing plans will include, but will not be limited to the following: result analysis, assortment recommendation, price strategy recommendation, promotional plan recommendation, all individually applicable to each of the market, product category and distribution channel;
    • Implementing and constant follow-up on the marketing plans, improving them during the on-going year considering both internal and external factors. Finding the best option for improvement, in order to meet the company’s objectives;
    • Handling promotional plans, according to the company’s priorities and in line with the local marketing and sales managers:
    • Promotional proposals for the different distribution channels (Stationers & Office Suppliers) – finding the best solution to maximize the promotion effect, taking into consideration profitability analysis and simulations;
    • Launches – preparing and presenting the promotional plan in a PowerPoint format. Presenting the plans in front of the management team and the sales team in order to keep them informed, win their trust and motivate them in being a part of the implementation ;
    • Implementations – preparing all necessary information for the team, making sure it contains clear, accurate and complete data, done in due time;
    • Promotional follow-up – intermediary evaluations done based on both sell-in and sell-out data, collecting and processing qualitative and quantitative feedback from colleagues, while also recommending improvements, if the case.
    • Promotional evaluations – final evaluations of promotions and campaigns, presented to the colleagues. If the case, campaign presentations to be made for the clients;
    • Preparing and holding product trainings for other colleagues, in order to develop their product, market and competitor knowledge, but also to prepare, motivate and challenge them in achieving the target objectives;
    • Preparing and holding product trainings for external partners in order to better understand the products and the market evolution;
    • Handling the marketing budget allocated to Stationery Category in Traditional Trade;
    • Regularly analyzing the information provided by the profitability reports, in-depth understanding of the impact our recommended actions have on the category profitability evolution and also making recommendations accordingly, as to leverage / protect the profitability;
    • Extracting and processing information from the system in order to provide necessary sales reports solicited by colleagues from the department and from the line manager;
    • Coordinating local packing activities, along with the involved departments ;
    • Exploring new markets / segments, according to the local marketing trends;
    • Transmitting in due time complete, accurate information, to the colleagues requesting it, in order to support the proper development of their activities.
