    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Commercial Care Pack Order Management with English.

    The Commercial Care Pack Order Management Administrator has the responsibility to provide support and to provide quality care to both internally and to external customers (distributors and retailers).

    Requirements:

    - University degree - economics or financial;
    - Fluency in English;
    - Team player;
    - Excellent communication skills;
    - IT knowledge: good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), working with databases, etc.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Analyzes reports and issues invoices for Care Pack orders according to the policies and procedures of each country and uses the specific software billing process;
    - Provides verification and functionality of all relevant aspects of orders/revenue/process and the compliance with company policies;
    - Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction via proactive communication and an increased data accuracy;
    - Applies and actively uses internal and external processes and provides support for questions received from customers;
    - Provides verification, functionality, business control and compliance with audit aimed at securing the company from a financial standpoint;
    - Provides processes optimization and knowledge sharing between all parties involved in the process;
    - Acts as contact point for the collection and distribution departments, finance department, customer support department.
