    Requirements

    Available to work in night shifts (13:30-22:30; 14:30 – 23:30; 15:30-00:30)

    Bachelor degree
    0-2 years’ work experience in HR/Recruitment field and/or Customer Support can be a plus but is not mandatory
    Fluent or Upper Intermediate Spanish
    Intermediate English
    Willing to develop a career in Recruitment and/or HR

    Responsibilities

    Provide administrative support to Local Recruiters and Candidates based in Latin America, including:
    Reviewing applications in line with minimum criteria (CV screening);
    Managing updates to Talent pools and matching candidate CVs against potential roles;
    Managing scheduling of interviews and room bookings for candidates with Local Recruiters and Hiring Managers;
    Communicating with candidates prior to interview to share preparation materials and confirm scheduling arrangements;
    Managing on-boarding administration and confirming employment commencement on Day 1
    Use appropriate tools and problem solving techniques and escalate or resolve problems.
    Ensure data integrity.
    Manage payments for 3rd parties that cooperate with the client
    Run cost to source reports for the client, based on performed payment
    Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar and punctuation
    Deliver client satisfaction through accurate delivery and demonstration of ownership
    Adhere to standard processes and tools
    Seek first time quality through self audit for accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work
    Engage in issue resolution procedures and follow escalation processes
    Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation which may include:
    With minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system
    Audit own data entry for accuracy & make needed corrections
    Executes other tasks as assigned by supervisor
