Responsibilities
Full life cycle recruiting: planning, candidate generation, phone-screens, interviews, candidate interview preparation, timely feedback, offers, negotiation, closing and follow up.
Type of projects we work on:
1. Large range of SW development industries: R&D, E-Commerce, Retail, Transportation, E-payment, Banking, etc. ;
2. Locations: Romania, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, France & Sweden;
3. Stack of technologies: .NET, C++, Python, Java EE (1.6 to 1.8), AngularJS, NodeJS, Oracle PL/SQL, CEmbedded, BI, SAP, etc.
- Partner with delivery managers/ technical managers to define project needs and profile specifications, recruitment strategy and delivery plans.
- Act as true consultant to the business throughout the entire recruitment process
- Deliver on time and high-quality services to both internal and external customers
- Provide great candidate experience through effective communications throughout the overall hiring process
- Keep up to date with trends in the Tech industry including recruitment resources & techniques
