    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    Technical or Computer Science Degree preferably
    1 year of experience in a relevant position
    Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external customers.
    Strong customer oriented skills with the ability to listen and sense of service focus.
    Team player and results driven.
    Sound decision making and judgments skills for problem resolution.
    Ability to integrate technology products within the customer’s IT/AV environment based on general IT/Technology knowledge and internal documentation
    Understanding of operating system installation, support and configuration requirements.
    Working knowledge in the areas of TCP/IP Networking, Windows server management and configuration, web applications, IIS, Exchange, Cloud calendaring administration, Network infrastructure/architecture component WAN/LAN are preferred.
    Ability to analyze and synthesize, capacity for teamwork/team spirit coupled with strong organizational and effective workload management skills.
    Fluent in English and French

    Responsabilitati

    As part of the Technology Products Support team the jobholder is responsible for providing specialized technical support to Dealers and End-customers on Steelcase’s Technology products line, which include the Room Wizard scheduling system, media: scape collaboration system, the ENO Interactive Whiteboard and other Steelcase technology solutions via phone, electronically or other means available.

    As part of a global team, he will work with people from different locations in the US and APAC, but with a primary focus on the EMEA region. Specialists are responsible for analyzing and recording customer incidents/requests within the Incident Management system according to procedures and in a timely manner.

    In order to be successful in this role, the jobholder must have excellent customer orientation, IT troubleshooting experience, general inclination towards technology, gadgets and audio/video equipment and a positive attitude. He will assist with the installation, administration, maintenance, system upgrades and monitoring, coordinating customer product training needs and approving technical product replacements in SAP workflow.

    Responsibilities:

    Update incident/request in the Incident Management system providing details or progress to resolution.
    Ensure users are updated through proper channels regarding evolution and closure of incidents/requests assigned to the Technical Support team/agent.
    Investigate, diagnose and research the issues/requests coming from customers and resolve where possible using the Knowledge Base available, online resources (user communities, forums etc), team members or coordination/escalation based on established procedures.
    Attend meetings and training sessions.
    Have the ability to work independently or in a team setting when necessary to resolve particular problems that do not have any available internal documentation.
    Identify/Update/Create missing/incomplete/obsolete documentation and share with other team members
    Identify training needs
    Build and deliver training sessions for new and existing employees, interns
    Participate in the planning, development and implementation phases of departmental projects.
    Travel as needed for any customer visits or training/development opportunities.
