    Responsabilitati

    - Monitorizarea progresului proiectelor in conformitate cu planificarea acestora;
    - Monitorizarea activitatii Operatorilor de Interviu si oferirea de feedback in vederea optimizarii activitatii acestora;
    - Identificarea problemelor aparute pe parcursul desfasurarii proiectelor si participarea la rezolvarea lor;
    - Gestionarea eficienta a resurselor umane (gestionarea programului de lucru al Operatorilor de Interviu);
    - Asigurarea suportului logistic necesar derularii proiectelor;
    - Instruirea operatorilor de interviu;
    - Verificarea gradului de indeplinire a obiectivelor proiectului prin analizarea indicatorilor obtinuti cu cei estimati.
