    Our company was founded in August 2015 and our main objective consists of outsourcing the software development services provided to the European clients of Karalius Group, which unfold their activity in Romania. Another fundamental objective for us is broadening our area of activities, managing to offer our services to other potential interested companies, based in Bucharest.

    Requirements

    These might include introducing new products or services, developing new facilities strategic projects; or Network projects for infrastructure.

    • He/she should have a strong professional experience, familiar with world-class network tools and processes. The ability to plan with integrated teams, manage risk and use data analysis to control and manage the projects is important and key nature of the job. He/she will be able to plan for every eventuality. More than that, he/she should know who to get involved in the projects and at what stage.
    • Consistently work on complex assignments requiring independent actions and a high degree of initiative to resolve the issues. Make recommendations for new procedures. Good eye for details and options to manage the assignments.
    • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with some independence. Often acts as facilitator for group.
    • Ensure workload management in its team.
    • Provide frequent reporting.
    • Implement or develop ITIL-based culture in production related issue
    • This position will play a key role in defining the service scope for the company’s Managed Network
    Delivery and delivering remote management services for Network Devices, Wi-Fi services & LAN/Man Data center services. The person will act as a focal point for handling technical escalations and assist the Unit Head / Technical/Delivery Manager in maintaining SLA adherence to meet the set goals.
    • The perimeter is focused dealing with the organization standardized services for infrastructure providing the support for “Change The Bank” initiatives for local infrastructure and regions worldwide (AMER, EMEA, APAC including India).

    Responsibilities

    • Graduate or equaling degree Certification
    • Appropriate advanced industry network certifications are preferred.
    • 3+ years of Experience in network environments (network switching, routing and datacenters)
    • Knowledge of ITIL concepts is very important
    • Experience and strong knowledge of managing in a matrix organizational structure
    • Designing capabilities for Network on LAN MAN building infrastructure.
    • Cisco Switches and Routers; LAN Data Center expertise; strong experience in handling LAN/MAN
    • LAN & MAN Optimization techniques; strong knowledge on Wi-Fi Network infrastructure
    • Dynamic Routing - Configure industry standard dynamic routing protocols
    • Strong Network monitoring tools experience
    • Load Balancing - Global DNS load balancing and local application load balancing.
    • Products: Cisco Catalyst and Nexus series, Cisco Load Balancers, F5 and Router management
    • French (read/write) – Advanced
    Strong analytical & designing skills with an eye for detail
    • Strong process & change management capabilities
    • Effective interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural team environment
    • As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques.
