    Requirements

    We expect you to have:
    - Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or banking;
    - Experience in banking activity (knowledge of banking products, client types and client management applications, like CRM and ECM tools): 0 – 2 years for the Junior position, 3 – 5 years for the Senior position;
    - “Know your customer” regulations & process knowledge would be highly appreciated and considered an advantage;
    - Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
    - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
    Also, we expect you to be detail oriented, rigorous, a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to achieve results.

    Responsibilities

    Your main objective would be: to perform back-office activities meant to identify, analyze and check the conformity level of the documents provided by the clients. You will have to:
    - Review customer files in order to identify missing or non-compliant documents;
    - Request missing documents, as per Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures;
    - Retrieve and endorse documents in order to validate customer file;
    - Report compliance risks identified according to the legal framework;
    - Perform periodic compliance checks in order to monitor and verify compliance with legal provisions;
    - Provide support in preparing the documentation necessary to obtain the authorizations required by the regulations;
    - Keep track of all non-compliant customer files and follows-up on their remediation.

    Created in January 2011, our client is the new European regional service center. Located in Bucharest, Westgate Militari, this subsidiary's purpose is to host production activities on behalf of the entire Group, consisting of more than 250 staff delivering services for more than 300 client entities.
    Their activities focus on finance (accounts reporting production, production of regulatory reporting, supplier accounts and expense reports; management control support) and Human Resources (notably contact center, administrative management, recruitment and training).
