- Excellent English skills

Recruitment and selection
- Assist in the preparation of all recruitment administration accurately including dealing with recruitment queries to the satisfaction of the candidate and line managers
- Assist in the management of recruitment and selection processes including sourcing of candidates and placing of advertisements and/or other recruitment channels
- Be involved in assessment processes including testing, interviewing and other forms of assessment
Provide accurate and timely support across all HR processes
- Undertake HR administration in accordance with employee related legislation and internal policies and
procedures (including starters, leavers, holidays, sickness, induction, maternity, paternity etc)
- Maintain complete and accurate HR files and HR database in line with Company policy
- Assist with the coordination and administration of the social activities calendar of events
- Undertake payroll administration for various departments
