Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience of at least 1 year;
Strong oral and written communication skills both English and Romanian language;
Bachelor’s degree;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Positive and proactive attitude;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
Problem solving skills;
The capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure;
Punctual and reliable.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel;
Responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office;
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics;
Guiding visitors and managing meeting rooms;
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating requirements, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, stocking items, delivering supplies to work stations;
Coordinate internal and external events;
Organizing time sheets;
Issuing or creating expense reports.
