    OFFICE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST (BUCHAREST)

    Your Role:

    Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and contracts, translating documents, ensuring the office with logistic supply, coordinating travel arrangements and event organization, supporting on small marketing tasks, receiving visitors, answering calls and scheduling meetings.

    Requirements:

    • At least one year of experience in similar position;
    • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and explore new challenges;
    • Able to bring a fresh perspective in organizing the office activities;
    • Good command of English.
