    Requirements

    We are looking for an enthusiastic telemarketer to validate potential sales leads either by cold calling or answering requests. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

    A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

    Education and Experience

    - Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
    - Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
    - Product knowledge
    - Proficiency in relevant computer applications

    Responsibilities

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    - Contact companies by telephone to present our ERP solutions
    - Evaluate whether or not the respective company may become one of our clients
    - Explain the product or service to potential customers
    - Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
    - Handle customer questions
    - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    - Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
    - Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to -advertisements
    - Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
