Requirements:


Education: University diploma, with technical education background

Language: English - Advanced level allowing fluent communication, making presentations, preparing complex written statements and documents associated with performed tasks




Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:


•Proven record of successful design, implement, support and document of business critical infrastructure projects

•Excellent up-to-date technical and hands-on knowledge and experience in storage area network (Netapp, EMC, IBM, HP, etc), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, etc) backup (Commvault, Symantec, EMC Avamar, HP Data Protector, Veeam), disaster recovery (synchronous/asynchronous replication protocol; software/hardware replication; Netapp MetroCluster, EMC Vplex, EMC RecoverPoint, VMware SRM), etc

•Good knowledge in the use of Unix (Solaris/Linux) , AIX and Windows Server Family
•Provide best customer experience on service performance due to regular system reviews and pro-active performance and resilience improvements.
•Perform trouble shooting and problem analysis leading to fault resolution. Identify root cause and provide customer feedback.
•Engage with the vendors to resolve issues on clients IT infrastructures
•Experience in implementation of system solutions +4 years

Main accountabilities:


Your main accountability is related to the delivery of complex system integration projects with the purpose of meeting System Integration Business Unit objectives as well as of satisfying the high-quality expectations of our clients:

•Project delivery: in time, in budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction

•Analyze, understand customers’ business processes and technical environments, in order to be able to design and deliver enterprise-scale infrastructure architectures that best suit client’s needs

•Pro-active in following IT market in terms of knowing, understanding and being able to use technology and business trends, in order to provide professional consultancy services to our client.

•Participates in providing technical support to the Sales in order to support the sales process.

•Performing POC service / task for prospective and existing customers. Present value, features and advantages of solution to customers in order to sell modules/solution.

•Leads maintenance and provides appropriate level of technical support of systems, monitors, troubleshoots and resolves simple issues and problems to ensure system availability, reliability and fulfill requirements according to the specification and project plan/ SLAs.

•Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to individuals or teams, support and mentor less skilled and less experienced employees, to increase work efficiency, create knowledge-based organization and sustain a competitive advantage.
