University degree, ideally in the area of Marketing / Economic studies
Passionate about marketing and, ideally, with a strong focus on the operational area
Driven, influential and determined individual
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Previous relevant experience in marketing can be an asset
Very good English and Romanian language skills and experienced user of MS Office
Focus on continuous learning and development

Responsible to initiate (together with Key Account Managers) and implement Category Management projects at relevant customers
Demonstrate leadership and dedication in order to steer the Category Management project team towards achieving the project target
Ensure outstanding merchandising standards and monitoring achievements
Support efficient launch execution and work closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insight and drive performance
Coordinate and implement promotional activities with advertising agencies and promotional material suppliers
Perform market research and analysis of promotional activities coordinated
Category optimization and shelf placement recommendations
