    Requirements

    Candidate profile
    • Ideally 4-5 years’ experience as Pricing analyst / Sales analyst / Financial analyst / Market analyst / Business intelligence officer
    • Experience in complex price performance analysis
    • Knowledge of and experience with defining KPIs and dashboards
    • IT knowledge:
    o Expertise with Excel (Access, SQL, VBA is a plus)
    o Proficiency with BI/BO software (SAP BI/BO environment is a plus)
    o Experience with ERP & CRM systems
    • Personal skills:
    o Strong written and verbal communication skills (language: English, German is a plus)
    o Problem solving attitude
    • Building industry experience is a plus

    Responsibilities

    Role description
    The future Pricing analyst role aims to support commercial team, marketing team, product management team and finance team in the fields of business and market intelligence, product pricing, customer pricing, project pricing and pricing monitoring & governance.
    At the same time, he/she will have the following responsabilities:
    • Monitors official statistics (permits, completions)
    • Monitors market research studies (Neomar – roof and wall), mystery shopping studies and develops internal analysis
    • Lead the yearly tariff review exercise
    • Maintain monthly Pricing dashboards
    • Extract insights & uncover potential pricing issues based on analysis
    • Target price variance, win/loss analysis, customer revenue / profitability analysis etc.
    • Root cause analysis
    • New product introduction (supporting price positioning exercise)
    • Project pricing (project profitability analysis & guidance for the sales guys)
    • Take full ownership of pricing tools & templates
    • Ad-hoc price / margin reporting

    • Proactive price and margin analysis, allows you to directly impact the bottom line by offering timely advice/support to your commercial team to close better deals and extract full value out of your product and customer portfolio.
