    JOB SUMMARY

    • Centralize the relationship with customers for the order to cash process (orders, deliveries, returns, escalated claims and overdues) and solve any issues to achieve the objectives fixed in terms of service and receivables
    • Alongside Sales, service as a single point of contact for the company
    • Manage the proactive customer care processes
    • Manage proactive communications (e.g. stock issues, range reviews)

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous experience on a similar position
    • Advanced communication skills
    • High level of computer literacy and numeracy skills:
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Application level of IT skills with particular depth of knowledge of the use of the SAP, MS-Office applications
    • Fluency in English
