    4. Our Requirements
    What you need to demonstrate:
    • Very good Verbal and Written German and English Skills (from B2 upwards).
    • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills.
    • Willingness to learn and specialize in HR policies, procedures, payroll and benefits areas.
    • Career level: 1+ years of job experience (areas such as Customer Service and HR are a plus but not mandatory)
    • Must demonstrate excellent analytical skills, ability to work independently but also team spirit and a positive attitude.

    Responsabilitati

    1. Your Career Path
    You want to work in HR? You now have the possibility to do this, in a top HR Outsourcing Services global company.
    The HR Customer Service Administrator position enables all candidates to acquire a wealth of German HR knowledge within the company’s training and the project’s activity.
    The HR Customer Service Agent will be able to use this knowledge in order to expand their HR experience and perform operational daily tasks.
    No previous HR experience is mandatory. Your strong motivation to start a career in the HR area is key to starting your collaboration with us.
    Our Contact Center team is looking for new members who are passionate and enthusiastic, willing to learn and to specialize in Human Resources.

    2. Your Mission in our project
    Your role in our Contact Center team is to offer HR support, information and guidance to our clients – German employees. In a multinational environment, you will act as interface to our clients, by developing a strong background of HR knowledge and experience.

    3. Your General Responsibilities
    • Responding to telephone and e-mail queries related to various areas of Human Resources following company policies and procedures (e.g.: payroll, benefits, social insurance, salaries and shifts change, company regulations, procedures, etc.)
    • Gathering information, researching and resolving queries and responding to queries related to payroll, by phone or email.
    • Informing employees about services available and appropriate resolution to their queries.
    • Communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
    • Distributing of requests to the appropriate team internally and to different departments of our German client.
    • Working in SAP (non-transactional).
