    Cerinte

    In the name of our Client, one of the top insurances companies in the world, we are recruiting two communicative, team player persons who have strong Polish language skills, in order to occupy the Claims Officer positions.

    Job requirements:
    • Polish language skills- minimum B2 level;
    • English language skills – minimum B1 level- represents an advantage;
    • Minimum 1 year working experience within a multinational environment;
    • Some knowledge in insurance field, ideally in the settlement of claims;
    • Pro- active and a problem- solving attitude;
    • Team-player;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Good PC skills (MS Office).

    Responsabilitati

    • Back-office activities oriented to solving all problems related to damaged technical equipment that had been prior insured;
    • Verifying, analysing, processing and approving clients’ claims;
    • Ensure the smooth conduct of the repair process (by authorized services centres) of the damaged equipment as it is covered by the insurance;
    • Handling all written (emails) correspondence with Clients;
    • Data registering into the specific software.
