Junior Documentation Writer

The ideal candidate should be a student or graduate of Foreign Languages/Linguistics or a related field, enthusiastic and willing to develop and work in a rewarding environment.

The ideal Documentation Writer MUST have:
- Knowledge of the Office package (advanced user of Microsoft Office Word)
- Fluency in English
- Attention to details (well organized)

In addition, the following skills are considered assets:
- Experience in using translation software (TRADOS or similar)
- Experience with PDF editing tools (Adobe Acrobat Pro)
- Experience with help authoring tools (Help Workshop, HTML, RoboHelp)
- Medium knowledge of image editing software
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus


Also, the following are ASSETS:
- Experience in using translating software packages (TRADOS)
- Experience with PDF editing tools (Adobe Acrobat Pro)
- Experience with help authoring tools (Help Workshop, HTML, RoboHelp)
- Knowledge of French and / or German is a plus

- Creating, editing or updating documentation, such as user manuals, various guides, help files, etc., according to established templates and practices,
- Ensuring the localization of various documents (creating images from the software, editing the text translated by specialized translators)
