• Knowledge of Romanian Fiscal Code
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and main rules
• Experience with direct tax, knowledge of other tax areas (e.g. indirect tax) represents an advantage
• Oral and written communication and presentation abilities, both in Romanian and English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client work involving direct taxation
• Business drive, team spirit and initiative

• Client tax work for large, small and medium companies (tax consultancy, maintenance of client relationships, tax projects, organization of tax process, audits of tax, etc.)
• Generation of new ideas and tax solutions
• Preparation of presentations for clients
• Research and writing client tax advice and review tax advice for clients prepared by assistants and senior assistants
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction
• Act as coach and mentor to other tax professionals
