    Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with at least 2 year in IT Recruitment within an agency or as an internal hr in an software company

    Good knowledge of the IT recruitment strategies and market

    Working experience in handling multiple tasks/projects/tools

    Strong project management, organizational and prioritization skills

    Experience in working under pressure with tight deadlines and changing priorities

    Good knowledge of Microsoft office package

    Fluent in English

    Very good communication skills on all levels in the organisation

    Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong “can do” attitude.

    Creatic and adaptive person

    Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business, Communication.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for all HR aspects within the company

    Manages the recruitment processes from A to Z (strategies, interviews, offers etc.)

    Manages the inductions and retention strategies for the team members

    Works closely with managers to assure people processes in the company

    Works closely with the COO for people managing processes (evaluation, retention, company’s culture and climate, and any situation regarding the employees)

    Organize company events in collaboration with the manager (teambuildings, parties, company lunch/dinner etc.)

    Ensure proper implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives.

    Collaborate with recruitment agencies in order to find the best candidates

    Represent the company at various recruitment fairs and events

    Keeps an eye on the PR of the company in the recruitment area
