    Requirements

    • Computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP would be a plus)
    • Very good knowledge of English language
    • Focus to understand clients’ and colleagues’ needs

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Positive and team oriented attitude
    • Strong attention to detail, willing to learn

    Responsibilities

    1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office:

    • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
    • Pick up and deliver the mail
    • Open and date stamp all general correspondence
    • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
    • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
    • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
    • Provide word-processing and secretarial support

    2. Performs receptionist functions:

    • Answer all incoming calls
    • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
    • Greet, assist and/or direct clients and the general public


    3. Perform other administrative and technical related duties as required.
