Knowledge studies and experience:
• Good technical knowledge in voice&data telecom lines
• Knowledge in concepts such as: WAN, LAN, ADSL, MPLS, ISDN, BTIP, Man Ethernet
• French and English level: Advanced

Responsabilities:
• Single point of contact for tehnical issues that can occur in the orders coming from the client
• Treating the orders and managing the escalations in the landline phone services
• Optimisation, analyses and improvement of landline phone services ( MDSL)
• Operational back-up for the supervisor if needed
• Recording the procurement requests made by the users
• Analyzing the suppliers offers according to existing contracts, agreed prices etc.
• Managing the orders – delivery time management
• Controlling all the data related to orders, invoices, payment accuracy
• Carrying out call meetings with the suppliers & the procurement team from Paris
