For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Supplies Reseller Support with French language.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years previous experience, ideally in a client-oriented business environment;
- Fluent in English & French languages;
- Very good command of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication skills (including networking, teamwork and presentation skills);
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work with partners or multicultural and multinational teams;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environment;
- Good organizational skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Detail oriented;
- Ability to manage workload at a high level of quality;
- Willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Offering training support (including, without being limited to, creating materials and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences);
- Offering support on the following programs and activity infrastructure deployed in the EMEA region for Resellers and/or authorized Partners and their Account Managers;
- Offering support for creating and improving the internal processes and training;
- Providing product information and content availability for Partners (Smart Portal management);
- Providing communications, ad-hoc or pre-defined, to Channel or internal teams;
- Content management per platform.
