For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Channel Partner Manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
- Advanced English level (in addition, French knowledge would be a plus);
- Good understanding of supply chain process flow;
- Experience in B2B engagement;
- Basic project management skills;
- Result oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Main operational point of contact for customers and partners engaged through the DMFI model;
- Offers consultancy in operational issues encountered by the partners, customers and sales agents throughout the entire sales and order process (from negotiation phase, to shipment and payment) and coordinates the issue resolution by collaborating with the involved internal teams;
- Escalation point for DMFI customers and partners;
- Offers consultancy on operational processes, including partner setup (contract management, positioning, scope etc.), as per the country and customer’s specifics;
- Analyzes the business performance for the DMFI customers and partners assigned, extracting the needed data from internal sources and participating to customer/partner QBR meeting;
- Participates to or coordinates small to medium projects for process improvement or for facilitating the business relationship with the DMFI partners and customers;
- Responsible with approving new customers in the assigned region;
- Creates and updates DMFI processes documentation.
