    Requirements

    • Very high analytic skills, needed for business cases analysis and costs break-down, reports and quantitative analyses
    • Detail oriented and proficiency with numbers, with good understanding of P&L elements and accounting principles
    • Strong team player with ability to work under pressure (with close guidance)
    • High engagement and thrives to work on key top management issues
    • First class academic degree – possibly in business, engineering, IT
    • Possible background include : consulting (strategy, IT, operations),finance or IT (at an analytical or strategic function)
    • Proficiency in standard office software (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)

    Responsibilities

    • Conducts and coordinate with external sources to provide accurate benchmark points on the market for AMOS products and services.
    • Organizes and executes detailed analysis of all AMOS Services (IT and non-IT) :product configuration and current pricing, financial analysis of the profitability of the service over time, impact of the service on consumption behaviors and costs reductions for the group
    • Identifies and qualify improvement levers for cost efficiency
    • Designs and evaluates impact of new pricing structure
    • Collaborates with AMOS teams to get relevant data, evaluate options, and work on possible actions
    • Is knowledgeable for all current and upcoming services
    • Propose and explore ideas in a collaborative way
    • Presents analysis in a fact based, figure oriented manner
    • Coordinates with different AMOS stakeholder´s in advance to ensure buy-in around recommendations
    • Meets deadlines and expectations, able to escalate issues when appropriate

    Other info

    • Convincing oral and written communication with high level of English (mandatory) and German (nice to have)
    • IT skills and understanding of IT infrastructure is real plus (data centers, networks, telephony)
