    Requirements

    The job is embedded into the Global Marketing and the within the B2B ecommerce organization and relates to a cross-region job responsibility.
    The process management team provides services to the e-Commerce operation on the base of the defined process framework. The activity is focusing on the entire Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
    The process manager is acting as the process and capability lead for the region. Managing the entire process environment including the Quality Management System and the corresponding process documentation as well as the operational process reflection for the EMEA region.
    The process manager holds the overall process ownership and is responsible for the process control via meaning- and useful KPIs – on the base of the WW defined process KPIs. Defining and managing the lower level KPI base for allowing a an ongoing control for ensuring a seamless operational execution.
    The process manager is therefore responsible for these process KPIs and is working closely with the operational teams on ensuring a.) processes are reflecting the operational needs and being followed properly and b.) to identify and work
    process improvements under a continuous improvement orientation. The work is also relating to controlling the process KPIs and analyzing negative deviations with the corresponding teams.
    The role is also including project work, either on regional process related aspects but also on WW projects and programs where the process manager is then ensuring the regional process requirements and needs are properly considered. And on covering the regional analysis and design reviews as well as leading the regional deployment work (including MOC (Management of Change), communication, testing, training and post-deployment activities and control).

    Qualifications:
    The role requires a strong team work orientation as well as the ability to take the regional position across project
    and program teams and the respective business stakeholders. The involvement in cross-region global projects and
    representing the regional demand and regional asset/application side. And overall a close networking with cross-functional
    teams, sharing expert knowledge to drive consistency within the B2B e-Commerce functional environment.

    The candidate would be an enthusiastic self-starter who can think outside the box and possesses the mental agility to make an impact within the role quickly. He will be able to demonstrate initiative, have the ability to learn fast and to work effectively within the team environment. He will have solid business acumen and be able to easily manage the detail, as well as drive a “big picture” perspective while having the ability to work autonomously, flexibly and focus on delivering results to ensure success in the role.

    Responsibilities

    Experience in project scheduling, problem solving and process development& automation
    Expertise in the B2B eCommerce environment
    Great organizational skills
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Experience with Visio & workflow management documentation
    Would be a plus if you possess previous experience in:
    Process, Project Management, Business Analysis or Asset Management
    Management of change and business readiness assessments
