eLearning Adoption Specialist – 1 year contract

• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• MySQL and Oracle database knowledge a plus
• Good organization skills
• Fluent in English. Knowledge in German, or Italian, or French would be beneficial
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Possess the ability to learn on the fly
• Good priority setting skills

• Point of contact for Europe customers and PTC employees
• Analyze and resolve eLearning customer issues via email, phone and web in a timely manner
• “Precision LMS” (Learning Management System) web demos (student and administration)
• Assist customers with eLearning rollout plans
• Run monthly/quarterly reports
• Monitor technical issues & work with production/development team on resolving
• ILT account issue support & work with production/development team on resolving
• Local install support (send information, send license file, request content and help with installation)
• Follow up with new eLearning customers after purchase
• Check/approve tutorials for Learning Exchange (German and Italian language, French a plus)
• work with production/development team on testing new Precision LMS releases
• Data entry of support renewals and special orders
• Process new orders
• Create account requests

Employees at the eLearning Adoption Specialist level are developing the critical competencies valuable to their job and function and handle projects of limited to moderate complexity. Work includes order setup, user account creation and first and second level customer support, documenting new support issues.
