Launch Project Engineer

• Technical university degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in launch/ project management
• Professional experience in textile industry and/or automotive is an advantage
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP
• Very good command of English
• Good communication skills
• Good planning and organizing competencies

• Is responsible for project management activities related to launch and implementation of new projects into serial production.
• Coordinates product launches, introduces plant individual product changes and coordinates non-recurring events associated with the product change implementation.
• Ensures launch deliverables, reviews, sign-offs and reporting.
• Supports in preparing and monitoring launch cost budgets.
• Coordinates product change implementation.
• Provides support in developing action plans when required and tracking of launch issues till closure.
• Reports on launch readiness performance and issues.
