Training Specialist

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field;
• At least 1 years’ experience in training design and delivery;
• Knowledge of e-learning and adult learning theories represents an advantage;
• Proven ability to work alongside cross functional partners to identify training needs and collaborate on content design;
• Project management skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
• Excellent command of English language.

• Designs, updates and implements learning solutions for METRO Cash & Carry Romania employees;
• Identifies strategic development needs according to METRO Cash & Carry Romania strategy;
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the learning solutions, offers ideas for improvements and shares best practices;
• Keeps track of all training participation and updates regularly our internal LMS.
