Resiliency Infrastructure Services Solution Manager - System Architect with Italian

Mandatory skills:

- Platform skills: IBM System Z, P, I;
- OEM : Intel, Virtualized environment. HP UX, Oracle SAP;
- Knowledge of data replication techniques by storage subsystem or back-up replication VTL;
- Knowledge of main backup products: TSM, BRMS, Netbackup, EMC networker;
- Infrastructure skills: Knowledge of local RS data center, capacity & installation planning, physical layout and cabling;
- Knowledge of SAN components and work area recover;
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN infrastructure;
- Knowledge of work area recovery: phone calls rerouting, switchboard, virtual desktop, physical platform deployment;
- Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written).

The Resiliency Infrastructure Architect performs solution design for resiliency offering according to the job description in place.

Main Responsibilities:
- Performs critical evaluation and selection of hardware and software components (including appropriate vendors and partners);
- Understands customer business requirements for Disaster Recovery plan and Business Continuity Solutions;
- Estimates the services required within the solution design;
- Interacts with all stakeholders (Extended technical team, Sales Team, Deal Hub etc) in order to manage the deal within the organisation;
- Understands customer requirements based on which he/ she creates and delivers technical solution design (Italian);
- Makes a preliminary technical analysis of RFQ/RFP/Tender in order to address and evaluate possibility to deliver (GO/ NO GO) along with the sales team;
- Works effectively and autonomously in extended teams.
