- Experience with content management systems or publishing systems is preferred
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical for this role.
- Entry-level use of CSS, HTML, and XML are required; XSLT knowledge is optional
- Ability to work as an integral part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and FTP clients
- Self-motivated
- Experience managing and editing web content and ability to represent this discipline to others across the company

- Understand website creation process and intuitive design
- Be able to deal with content in more than one language, with some understanding of language differences and syntax
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Monitor all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience
- Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers.
- Work with clients and team members to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Clearly communicate roadblocks and potential risks on projects to ensure team has a clear path to take action.
- Help manager workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.
