    Responsibilities

    - Provide necessary business information
    - Ensure deliverable are prepared to satisfy the project requirements and schedule
    - Keeping tracking reports
    - Prepare and edit direct correspondence, briefing materials, reports
    - Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items to support follow-up action
    - Monitoring projects and ensuring effective implementation of activities, adherence to timeline, achievement of outcomes
    - Deliver reports on the project status to team members, upper levels and other stakeholders
    - Financial Management (including): backlog management, billing requests and tracking, populate forecast data, provide cost and revenue summaries, capture cost deviations, ensure expenses are billed
    - Manage change requests/contract extensions
    - Monitoring projects and ensuring effective implementation of activities, adherence to timeline, achievement of outcomes
    - Achieve time, cost and performance objectives by identifying possible deviations from the project baseline, and proposing preventative and corrective actions, and by ensuring follow up
    - Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers ensuring that contractual outcomes and client satisfaction are met
    - Maintaining a focus on quality, given the fact that workloads fluctuate
