    Cerinte

    Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suites;
    Experience with installing, configuring and repairing Microsoft Windows Operating Systems;
    Experience with troubleshooting computers and laptops;

    High interest in continuous learning and development (new tools, technologies, methodologies)
    Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently
    Ability to understand and prioritize the needs of the customer
    Willingness to take over different roles in international and cross-functional teams
    Self-motivation to achieve consistently high quality results
    Ability to think out of the box and challenge the status quo
    Openness to share knowledge and best practices with the team
    Ability to use simplicity in complex projects
    Good command of English, both spoken and written

    Responsabilitati

    Take over, register and solve user requests or incidents via various communication channels;
    Document cases for each incident, handle cases meeting Service Level Agreements (customer requirements), follow up case status;
    Deploy & configure computers, software and related IT equipment, following the internal predefined procedures;
    Maintain the Asset Inventory database up to date in term of hardware & software changes;
    Check, execute and monitor incidents received from internal customers by HPSM or phone: redirect, review and close tickets by finding positive solutions to problems;
    First level support in troubleshooting (in the office or remote) of operating systems, network connections, printing systems, standard and corporate Metro Group applications;
    Perform network and computers virus detection to stop or eliminate them;
    Provide constructive responses in order to improve the relationship with the internal employees (customers);
    Follow the evolution of the equipment sent to service and test equipment upon return;
